Gostei de tudo, check-in e checkout automáticos e fáceis, limpo, confortável, tem tudo que precisa: internet boa, mesas para trabalho nos quartos, banheiros limpos e com ótimos chuveiros. Flat muito bem planejado, organizado e boa localização.

O apartamento é aconchegante e limpo e bem espaçoso.
Barulho da rua entra todo no primeiro quarto, você não consegue dormir direito. A ladeira é muito íngreme pra estacionar é péssimo até porque a garagem é bem apertada. Tinha problemas técnicos, como, a luz do quarto do meio não estava ascendendo, a luz do corredor estava piscando, a porta do primeiro quarto não tinha chave e a maçaneta ficava caindo toda vez que vc abria a porta, mas o rapaz da manutenção estava lá pra realizar os reparos quando estávamos saindo.
