Aproape de transport in comun și de magazine pt mici necesități, foarte curat și spațios. Am comunicat eficient cu proprietarul și am primit toate informațiile necesare pentru a avea tot confortul pe care ni l-am dorit.
Curge robinetul de la bucătărie non stop, dar am închis toate ușile și nu s-a auzit aproape deloc în dormitor, deși era peretele comun.
