Ev çok büyük bir ev. Özel otoparkının olması büyük bir avantaj. Merkeze uzak ve yokuşu var ama arabası olanlar için hiç problem değil. Özellikle otoparklı bir ev tercih edilecekse doğru bir seçim. Evin ısıtma sistemi çok iyi. Mutfakta ihtiyaç olan her şey mevcut.
Sigara içetiğim için seyahatlerimizde balkonlu daireler tercih ediyorum.Evin olanaklarında da balkon olduğu yazıyordu. Ama yoktu. Evin arkasında büyük bir bahçe mevcut. Sigara içtiğimiz için evin giriş kapısından sürekli bahçeye çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Hava serin olduğu için zorlandık. Salondan ya da mutfaktan direkt bahçeye açılan bir kapı yoktu.
