Beautiful location on the Gambia river. Our lodge with 2 single beds was spacious, clean, airco working fine and matrasses were also okay. We slept well.
The dining area was not very 'inviting'. It was surrounded by a mosquito netting construction under harsh lighting.

The location is idyllic, set beside the Gambia river, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts, particularly birdwatchers. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was filling and in plentiful supply. Rooms were simple, immaculately kept the beds very comfortable
....I could only stay one night. Will definitely book a longer stay next year

Die Lage ist ideal, um den Fluss und die umliegende Natur zu erkunden. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Ausflüge, die über die Lodge organisiert wurden. Sehr zu empfehlen: der Trip nach Baboon Island und vor allem der Angeltrip mit Alhagie Sarr.
Das Personal war zwar freundlich, jedoch musste man für vieles zweimal nachfragen. Unser Zimmer wurde in drei Tagen kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer in Ordnung, doch der Zustand der Lodge wirkte trotz ihres relativ jungen Alters bereits etwas abgewohnt. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte man hier viel erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir dennoch zufrieden.
