Résidence au calme et bien climatisée. Le personnel a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes (location scooters, dépôt bagages…)

L’espace extérieure est peu agréable, c’est dommage. Du mobilier de jardin permettrait d’en profiter davantage.

The staff at Bukawa Residence are very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Another nice feature is that the villa has its own washing machine, which is very convenient, although you do need to buy your own laundry detergent.

However, the villa itself was a bit disappointing compared to the photos. In reality, it looked older and less attractive than advertised and could definitely use some renovation and updating. The curtains are also not blackout curtains, so quite a lot of light comes into the bedroom in the morning. Another small downside is the drinking water: we only received two small bottles of water for our entire stay, which we felt was quite limited. Location-wise, it’s good to know that the residence is not directly in central Uluwatu. By scooter, it takes approximately 25 minutes to reach Uluwatu center, around 15 minutes to Melasti Beach, and about 15 minutes to the Jimbaran shopping mall. Overall, the friendly and welcoming staff and the washing machine were definite positives, but the villa itself could use some improvements and looks better in the photos than it does in person
