Viel zu laut

Direkt neben dem Haus befand sich eine Baustelle. Der Baulärm startete bereits um 7:00 Uhr und es war extrem laut. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. An eine ruhige Terasse oder einen Poolbesuch natürlich auch nicht.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln im Service

Haus steht in einr Ferienanlage mit sehr großen Grundstücken. Schöner Blick in eine Baumreihe, Nachbarn weit entfernt. Sehr ruhig. Haus groß genug. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Einrichtung geschmackvoll, Bett allerdings für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

Ich hatte im Vorfeld gefragt, ob man Bettwäsche braucht. Leider kam keine Antwort und ich habe vergessen nachzuhaken. Es gab dann keine Wäsche. Ich habe dann jemand von Novasol erreicht. Man bot mir an, in drei Tagen Wäsche zu bekommen. Nach einigen Verhandlungen schickte man mich zu einem Büro, etwas über eine Autostunde entfernt. Da sollte ich Bettzeug und Handtücher bekommen. Es war dann aber geschlossen. Zum Glück gab es im Supermarkt Bettzeug zu kaufen. Wir waren vielleicht nicht die ersten, haha.
