Tasse à disposition mais pas de bouilloire. Frigo. Et 1km de la plage et du centre ville et commercial.
Pas d’isolation phonique.

Lady in charge was very nice and always in contact for anything you may need, helped with info. Location is ok I guess since you will have to use some kind of transport anyway.15 min walk to Pattaya beach. 15 min walk to Pattaya Panipa Office (buses to Bangkok Mochi from here). 1h walk to pier if you want to go to Koh Larn. Room was very spacious and fridge was the most powerful I have seen.
It was the cheapest private room I could find last minute but still it could be cleaner, especially bathroom. I had a problem with water in the room but was changed to a new room immediately.
