2 bedroom flat with terrasse & car-park Nice Ouest

The property is very spacious, cosy and clean. The host is very accommodating, friendly and approachable, answering any queries as soon as possible.

The toilet is in a different room to the shower

Thierry, the host, was very welcoming and responsive at all times. The apartment is what you would expect after seeing the photos, it's in a quiet gated community and there's a great view of beaches all the way to Antibes. The only sound you hear are crickets and some doves that often land on the balcony which can be nice to see. The balcony is spacious enough and always warm, so we always ate meals on it. The communal pool is the star of the property, especially with kids, there are 3 sizes available and we only actually visited the beaches a few times because it was nicer to stay there... 7-8pm no problem, people (kids) are still out swimming. There's a small playground too. So we felt just like at home if not better.

It didn't bother me personally but I would say style of the building is from 70s or early 80s so the look isn't all modern but you quickly forget about that. It can also be hot overnight so it can affect sleep. If you drive, I found that like anywhere in Nice, everything is tight spaced and measured by centimeters when parking, tons of bollards and poles everywhere which takes time to get used to not to hit.

We werden erg hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer, terwijl we uren later aan kwamen dan gepland. Het appartement is ruim en de huiskamer was lekker cool met airco. De douche was heerlijk, het uitzicht fantastisch! We hadden de beschikking tot een eigen parkeergarage voor onze huurauto.

Het enige puntje: een van de slaapkamers heeft een mobiele airco, de andere slaapkamer heeft geen airco. En de oven werkte niet.

Un excelente apartamento y el anfitrión vive al lado . Un hombre muy atento. El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares sobre la Rada de Niza.

Hay que coger el coche para ir al centro . Queda apartado . Pero tiene plaza de garaje. Lo que no me gustó son los precios en Niza en general. No suelo quedarme en apartamentos en mis viajes pero en Niza juegas en otra liga un hotel de 3 estrellas cuesta lo que vale uno de 5 en España..
