    In the room there is no tissues also TV is already installed in room but it's in non working condition, WiFi is not that much good with speed

    Very bad service and facilities, although we booked via Booking.com already, but when we come to check in, they said that staff had forgotten to reserve room for us As we book another night at this hotel too, we just found that they dont have lift, we stayed at 4th floor and had to bring our luggage by ourselves, no one helped Room with dusty tivi and fan, very noisy aircon When check out at 9am, no one at reception, we must leave the keys on reception table Dont recommend this hotel at all!
