Hotel Aaliyah Nan Luo Gu Xiang Wang Fu Jing Houhai Branch

The counter staff were enthusiastic and welcoming, always friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights, walked 20-25km each day. It was centre of the busy Nanluogo shopping alley, but extremely peaceful at night.

First time directions were not fully clear, taxi cant enter the street, you need to walk through the crowds with your suitcases.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent free laundry service

Restaraunt expensive compared to local ones but food excellent

Great location, right on a pedestrian street. The hotel itself was clean and well put together. Friendly and helpful staffs that was present 24/7.

Nothing in particular.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful,, and the check-in and check-out experience was smooth. Before our arrival, the staff provided very helpful information e.g. directions how to get to the hotel and how to find it.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, we could hear the water pipes from the next room whenever someone used the basin or took a shower, and also when someone was speaking in the corridor. the next morning, we heard baby crying... The soundproofing in the hotel was poor. Second night, mostly likely the guests in the next room were gone; no noise from the room next door and we could sleep much better. Bed was comfortable.
