This beautiful private pool home overlooking conservation land is situated in the exclusive Sandy Ridge Development. Just 3 miles/5minutes to I-4 and only 30 minutes from Orlando Airport, and 60 minutes from either coast for beaches. It's the perfect location!

DINING AREAS & KITCHEN
Off the living room is the formal dining room which seats six. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare a quick snack to a full family meal.

LIVING ROOM
There is a sofa, loveseat and accent chair to relax and enjoy the entertainment on the large flat screen TV. There is a ceiling fan and sliding doors leading to the pool area.

Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and stroller.

Features an electronic dart board and a gaming table for pool, air hockey & ping pong!

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

POOL & SPA
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the beautiful conservation views while relaxing on the sun loungers or floating in the pool!
* Pool heat is $35 plus tax per night. Pool heat is recommended October - April.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F.
* Pool heat timer runs from 7am - 11pm.
* Child Safety Fence surrounding the pool

* If you would like an earlier check in or a later check out, please inquire at least 72 hours prior (fees may apply).

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
