The layout and the modern Bathroom and Kitchen. The layout is practical and easily shared with 3 couples.
The unkept garden, the boundary wall with the neighbouring property that is stained and in need of patching & a coat of paint, the entrance gate that is unfinished, the unsightly concrete mixer & palettes stored next to the entrance gate and the paving & uneven steps of the magnificent terrace. The walls and floor internally are perfect, but the ceiling is badly patched and painted. But the property has huge potential with a little bit of TLC. Trimming some of the trees at the bottom of the garden will also open it to a magnificent view over the valley beyond.

Ce qui fait l’atout de ce logement est le calme et de la campagne environnante et la proximité des curiosités touristiques.
La terrasse extérieure, les volets bois qui ne se ferment pas tous et surtout le confort de la literie.
