The location is excellent if you have a car and are happy to drive to a few different resorts. We frequented Furano Ski resort which was a short 20 min drive with plenty of stores (gorcery, onsen, kombini, etc.). The place was increadibly clean and very comfortable. The heater was warm (which was good as it was -22C while we were staying). There was always a stock of fresh towels, there was a great little kitchen which had all the nice little things like oils/ sauces needed for cooking. We stayed as a pair of friends and then my partner and I and there was plenty of privacy between the rooms but a great little sitting area to spend time together. Also, a very easy to use smart projector so that we could relax and watch television. Lots of excellent hanging space to dry wet clothes. Overall, this was an excellent property for us, and I would absolutely return. Staff also changed the bins twice while we were staying which was amazing as finding places to put your rubbish from cooking/ buying meals can be difficult in Japan.
Very little to mention here. If you don't have a car there is a close train station if you needed to take a train into Furano which would be good. The only other thing to mention is the very dry air. Although there was a humidifier it was small and I found myself feeling quite dry. But this is not a big problem at all, I found hanging a wet towel on the coat rack while running the humidifier solved all problems. Excellent property.

The space was both spacious and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The heater was always on, making it wonderful to return to a warm home after a day out in the winter cold. The manager/owner ensures the rubbish is cleared daily. The house felt incredibly welcoming and was fully stocked(toothbrushes, cotton buds, salt/pepper). The location is just a 15-minute drive from the ski slopes, 3 minutes from Lawson/Seicomart, and surrounded by charming cafes. Excellent value for money, recommended!
not a fan of carpeted floors, but the owner provides house slippers, which was a nice touch.
