Overpriced and very little communication

The area was pretty quiet and peaceful. Store not so far away able to walk.

The hot tub was down and nobody told us until we asked. Should have gotten a refund or a discounted stay. The closet was full of dirty linen and no wifi password. The dryer was full of clean linen but didn't know until our last morning.

Nice Family trip!

The beds were comfy. The kitchen was spacious.

Single shower curtain blows in on you while showering. Advertised an outdoor fireplace would have loved it to have one.. A little difficult getting the hot tub going without labels on control panels.

Arrived late at night the garrage was open and the light was on, after checking the property because it was clear there

The location was pretty and the beds were comfortable

The property owner was there in an RV out back giving the sense of 0 privacy, he was also a self described “grouchy old man” who walked into the house at one point shirtless while we were staying there, there was a hot tub mentioned both in the pictures, description, and in the welcome book, it was dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned in months.

Relaxing respectful

It was secluded and peaceful nice place in the woods no one bothers you and i felt safe. Everything worked and the owner was nice 👌

The reception was not constant for my phone 🙃😕🙂

Exceptional

This was the perfect cozy home away from home! It had everything we needed and was nestled back in the trees. It was very quiet and relaxing and was also close to the activities we had planned. There was river access right down the road for fishing, very beautiful! We will definitely book again if back in the area :)

It was very comfortable, thanks Rob, a sweet spot because it was near everything we wanted to visit, mainly Sour Grass camp grounds, we just had to swim there and our fur babies had to be closer to us because Mariposa where we live was practically a crossed the world, we loved having our whole family near, thank you, Rob.

The deck outback was perfect and all set up for a bar-b-que, so I loved it, but no propane to start the outdoor fireplace. We will do it again soon.

Makes me think twice about renting a house.

Trash already in trash can. Tv did not work. Smell like cigarettes. Did not stay there. Beside still having to pay for a room I did not stay in, they still charged me an additional cleaning fee to clean something we did not dirty!

Exceptional

the property was very spacious but had a nice cozy feel. This is the spot to go when you want to escape the city and surround yourself with serenity. Beautiful trees everywhere! The house comes equipped with everything you might need and has fast wifi. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
