Las camas, muy cómodas
Muy descuidado, habían hormigas en el dormitorio, telas y arañas en varias esquinas y la limpieza deficiente. En el patio una mascota suelta que se ubicaba debajo del automóvil haciendo difícil la salida y con la probabilidad de lastimarla. El portón también se dificultaba su apertura y cierre, perdiendo más de 30 minutos cada vez que se utilizaba. Teniendo que avisar y esperar a que un inquilino mueva su vehículo cada vez que necesite ingresar.
