Jest kuchenka mikrofalowa, zmywarka , ekspres do kawy przelewowy , miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym, wystarczająca przyborów kuchennych i łazienkowych. Szybki i stabilny internet . Do najbliższego sklepu 3 min jazdy , podobnie do centrum miasta . Dobra baza wypadowa w Góry Stołowe

Lokalizacja ok, czystość ok, komfort ok.
Po wysłaniu zdjęcia w dniu przyjazdy do gospodarza w sprawie uszkodzonego łóżka nie było żadnego kontaktu. Syn spał na ściągniętym materacu z łóżka na podłodze. Duże łóżko za miękkie - po kilku nocach plecy bolały mnie i żonę.
