Cleanness , staff are friendly inside the rooms and ground floor

No AC at the the common area at 2 floors It was hot there

The staff were really nice

Can‘t give anything else than a 10, extended our stay multiple times and been here for almost 3 weeks in total. The housekeeper is honestly the MVP who keeps everything running. I got a second pillow when I couldn't sleep well, the staff is kind and invested, (most of) the people that stay here are like-minded. The Carom table is great, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean.

Only thing is the smelly bathroom in room no. 1 (but it is the typical gutter smell you have in South East Asian bathrooms) and staff could care more about the kitchen.

i can't say, because i was not there

It was the first time in my life that i was changed from one place to another. three days before i arrive they sent me the information that i would stay in another place (hostel was full so they booked me another place). The city was crowded for Yi Peng festival so i couldnt move elsewhere of my own choice. I didn't like that they put us somewhere that it was more distant and that they didnt give us a choice. However, i am giving them a 6 because the new place had the most pleasant staff and it was comfortable, despite not so good location. They answered me promptly and offered one free taxi ride. I am hoping i was an exception, but i am leaving the record here as warning
