Location is great, living room furniture needs upgrade, price is little too high.

Cost, comfort of some furniture.

We loved the location and how cute the rental was set up. From the moment we walked in it was very clean and welcoming. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids. I liked how easy and efficient the rental was for us to stay, play and even clean up after with the kids. The pool was great. The view was fantastic. Overall 10/10

The beds weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked but everyone is different and they did their jobs. The headboards didn’t seem to be attached to the frame so anytime you moved on the bed, the mattress and headboard made a lot of noise. You can imagine what that sounded like with two kids but we were easy on them and managed. I wish the rental instructions for clean up was left in the rental so the day we left we could have been refreshed on what to do but none of these things would affect us coming back, we throughly enjoyed our stay here. The dislikes are minimal but just some suggestions that could help in the future. We will For sure be back.

The unit is better in person! The price is great with a interior of a Coastal vibe. I was nervous that the couches were dingy, but no they were good (pictures were not clear). Bring a wagon to pack beach things. Beach directly across. We made breakfast every morning to save money. Great restaurants a drive away. Bring your own hand soap for bathroom and sponge for dishes if you’re planning on using the kitchen. Lots of ppl grill and you should too for burgers etc. Low key place where ppl just want to get away from work. The location is much quieter than Pier 60 at Clearwater but with Spring Break there was still a good amount of ppl there. John’s Pass is a nice place to visit and have the kids hold the alligator there. Mini golf is close too - get there early. Pier 60 is nice but very crowded in comparison to this retreat. We live in Chicago and it was nice to have less people around. Condo was perfect and felt safe and quiet and not too over crowded. Great communal hangout. Perfect for family of 5. Kids ages 10 & under. Walmart and Publix is a quick drive away. Bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. Bing your own coffee filters, buy it at Walmart. The pool was nice but we’re more beach people.
