Very quiet & a beautiful outlook

Needs new Digital Tv antenna fitted & channels tuned in, bed arrangement needs changing to normal floor access pls? a DVD player would be nice

Clean, warm and convenient.

The accommodation has the name “The Nest” for good reason. The owners have chosen to put a double bed up on top of a large built in set of draws and wardrobes. Access to the bed is via a narrow set of timber stairs that fortunately include a night light that automatically turns on the light the stairs. Once at the top of the stair one needs to crawl across the bed to settle in for a sleep. Fortunately once in bed it’s comfortable and warm. The real issue comes when you have to go to the loo. It becomes necessary to again crawl across to the end of the bed and to navigate onto the stair…. hopefully without waking your better half. Also, the tv reception is limited to a select few channels and Netflix etc isn’t available. I tried screen mirroring but again this wasn’t available. So in summary, the stay is a good place and has everything one could need but…. The namesake “nest” is an unfortunate downer. I’d suggest the owners do themselves and following guests a favour and remove the built in, provide a nice comfortable Queen-size bed and thus open up the stay to a wider patronage.
