We loved the homely apartment feel of the property and the staff were incredible. It was close enough to things but far away from the noise. Rec renting a scooter. The grounds were well manicured. The view from the private beach was stunning
It’s an older property that needs some upstaging but it’s got great bones. We booked a sea view room but the mature trees blocked the view. There was construction happening and the workers smoking outside of our room caused the air conditioning unit to pump the cigarette smoke inside our space. The chairs by the beach need some updating.

We enjoyed the waterfront balcony after preparing our meals, and especially morning coffee. The pool is large and pretty, in a beautiful garden setting. Just steps to the small private beach was great access for snorkeling. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant, while ensuring that our stay was most enjoyable. One of their friendly dogs even adopted us, and they were excellent security watchdogs at night too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The little private beach was nice enough. Not cleaned like our other resorts.
Resort didn't look like the pictures, it very run down. The restaurant and bar is no longer available. It's a bit out of town, you need to get a tricycle to go get any decent meals.

Direct access to the beach, sunbeds, rental sup-boards and kayaks, and very helpful and friendly staff.
Good breakfast near the pool.
Stayed in other nicer hotel in Moalboal as well - but that did not had beach access! Here you have it, can swim and snorkel or just take sun.
But hotel itself is not a luxury experience. Passable. Bit worn out and needs more love from the owner.
This is definitely not 4*. 3* is a maksimum. :)
- Family room air con was directly blowing to the bed and needed to be turned off at night.
- Door to the bathroom is made of metal and is shut only with hard slamming.
- Water pressure is very poor
- Location bit far ... but tuktuk 150 pesos to the restaurants street and 250-300 back at night was allright.
