Sijainti lähellä kaikkea,rauhallinen alue,tilava majoitus,autolle hyvä paikka,hyvä hinta.
Välitysfirman kautta kaikki tieto eli kysymyksiin ei aluksi ollenkaan ilmeisesti sen takia vastattu tarpeeksi ajoissa eli kuukauteen,viesteissä mainittiin linkki mutta ei ollut mitään linkkiä reittiohjeeseen,osoitteessa oli epäselvyyttä. Vaakusmaksusta puhuttiin mutta sitä ei sitten vaadittukaan. Välitysfirman takia enemmän epäselvyyttä alkuun ja epävarmuutta koko kohteesta. Perustarvikkeita kuten wc-paperia oli vain kaksi rullaa,osa astioista oli likaisia ja vuoteen alla oleva lattia pölyinen.
