Well equipped modern apartment. Good bed, linens, kitchen utensils, etc, spacious, almost instant hot water.
A dishwasher would have been more useful for us than a clothes washer. At first we were disappointed to be on the back side of the building, but after a few days we realized it's much cooler and quieter that the beach-facing side and we enjoyed that feature. It has a good TV with 100+ channels but a smart TV for streaming would be nice.
