Great communication with the hosts. They were accommodating and responsive to my queries. central and close enough to the most important places that you may wish to get to in Kingston. Secure parking, secure entry and exsit from property, with easy access to a main road on departure. I was happy with the price; Kingston is expensive, and this was a fair price that allowed me to do the other things I needed to get done in Kingston.

The following are not so much criticisms as a fair warning to anybody else considering staying here. It is a really good price; it does not pretend to be a "stush" establishment. It is not a particularly big room; the furnishings could be better. There were two empty beer bottles on the floor near the door when I got there, and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. The bathroom is particularly old and small (but everything works). I had the floor to myself, but you are in someone's house. I prefer to stay at places where some kind of breakfast comes with the deal. However, I must reiterate, for the price, I have no complaints.

The host was caring and pleasant. The location was convenient.

The room was small and the bathroom was right before the staircase that the host used. The privacy was not as I expected.
