Snug 1-Bed Unit Across from Bondi Beach

The location was absolutely perfect for Bondi beach and the staff are very communicative.

There was a bit of construction which blocked part of the staircase but other than that we heard no noises. There was quite a bit of dust and sand (from the construction) in the apartment but I can see how that would be difficult to deal with.

Very well equipped property, and a superb location.

The bedroom was very small. Although there was an air conditioning unit in the lounge and fans supplied; I feel that proper air con would have been more beneficial.

All doors in the building are equipped with mechanical door closers. The constant slamming of the door cannot be ignored. The entire processing of the tenancy happens anonymously. The landlord never shows up. But I had to prove my identity. Otherwise I would not have received any information. The entire rental agreement must be paid in advance. The eventual costs are also secured in advance. The tenant bears all the risks because he has to pay everything in advance.
