Hotel Costanera

Adoramos o Hotel. O quarto muito espaçoso e funcional. A vista maravilhosa. As camas super confortáveis e a ducha relaxante. A limpeza nota 10 e o café da manhã muito bom. Os funcionários sempre prontos para nos atender e auxiliar. Recomendo

We had an amazing 4 night stay at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, interested in what we were doing and answered any questions. They sorted an activity out for us and on a day we had an early start ensured we had a well stocked breakfast to take with us. The staff at breakfast were friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, relaxing and had all amenities. Thank you to all the staff and would highly recommend booking.

Chile has completely different 3 pin sockets to UK and Europe (3 pin UK plugs or 2 pin European style ones don't work), making charging phones etc. difficult. Luckily the hotel staff gave us an adaptor so we could charge our devices. This issue could be prevented if USB ports were built in the socket (similar to other hotels we stayed at in South America).

The property was exactly as described, had a good selection for the included breakfast, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They catered to English speaking incredibly well. Would recommend to everyone.
