My cozy "freeride" apartment is located near the wonderful Greenhill bike park and the Hunau/Rimberg/Hohe Lied ski lifts in a rural, quiet idyll on a variety of top hiking routes. In the freshly renovated 85m², stylish furniture and great attention to detail make this apartment something very special. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired for bikers, winter sports enthusiasts and families. Pets are welcome, but must be booked!

LIVING ROOM

The apartment is stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. In the living room with adjoining dining area there is a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV with sound system and Netflix account, as well as a PS4. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game. The sofa can be pulled out to form a comfortable sofa bed for two people, so that up to 8 people can stay here. In this apartment you will find real plants and attention to detail. This makes the apartment a lot more homely than other apartments. The room has direct access to the terrace with a grill and another dining area.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped open kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you.

BEDROOM

In the first bedroom you will find a comfortable 180cm king size bed and enough storage space with an open wardrobe for your clothes. A baby travel bed with mattress and cover is also available, as well as a fully equipped workstation with monitor, webcam, mouse/keyboard, USB-C hub.

In the second bedroom you will find a 160cm queen size bed, as well as two 90cm single beds and other open wardrobes, which offers enough space for large groups.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a bright design with a large shower, towel warmer and washing machine, which you are welcome to use if you need to. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel and hair shampoo.

FAMILY

My apartment is family-friendly. Of course there is a high chair, a baby bed, a few board games and even a guitar. The sockets have a child lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

OUTDOOR AREA

Bicycles and skis can be stored in a storage room in the apartment. The apartment has a terrace so you can relax a little with a cold drink after a strenuous day in the bike park or on the slopes. There is also a grill. There is a private parking space directly at the house.

ACCESS

You have the whole apartment to yourself. With a self check-in you have the possibility to check in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the keys to be handed over.

From 1.4. - 31.10. Sauerland SummerCard included! With the Sauerland SommerCard you have free entry to numerous leisure activities in the Winterberg Holiday World - the value of the card for a family of four is up to € 1,000. In and around Winterberg, the Sauerland SummerCard includes all of the region's main attractions. The selection is so large that it is difficult to choose, so traveling by bus and train is also free.

The apartment is very idyllic and sunny in a small valley in the village of 400 souls. Many hiking routes lead past Oberhenneborn. The photo route is 9 km long and runs through a wonderful landscape right by the house. There is a country inn nearby. The nearest shopping opportunity is Bad Fredeburg (5 km).

In winter you have good access to the Hunau, Rimberg and Hohe Lied lifts, each of which is only a 7-11 minute drive away.

In the other seasons, the Greenhill bike park is highly recommended, which can be reached by bike in 30-40 minutes. Just a few minutes away is the Bike Arena Sauerland (4.8 km), as well as many other leisure activities such as Fort Fun (13 km), Panorama Park (22 km), Thikos Kinderland (7.9 km), Sauerland Bad (4.8 km) and the Hennesee (11 km).

The public buses and the community bus can be used free of charge with the Sauerland SummerCard. Hiking buses and hiking taxis are also in constant operation.
