Updated kitchen, bathroom with claw foot tub. Electric heater and AC plus wood stove heat (firewood included). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; tub upstairs and indoor shower downstairs. Outdoor patios and outdoor shower. 3 smart TVs, quiet street, sunny property, great family home. Enjoy the incredible Seashore!

We very much enjoyed our stay, our second one in the house. It is very comfortable and homey.The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of pots of pans and spices, etc.We are happy there and we will rent it again if it’s available when we would like to get out of town.

Yes the host was welcoming and helped us by phone figure out the rntry latch, heating and the wood stove when we first arrived.

Remodeled older home. Beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen was very nice clean and up to date. The bathrooms were a little funky but clean. If you are a larger individual this may not be the place for you as the shower is very tight. Beds were very comfortable. It is an older home and the stairs were a little tricky to navigate so if you have mobility issues or small children this place might be a challenge. Overall very nice but a little quirky because of it being an older home.

We loved the cozy and roomy house in quiet Inverness. It has the charm of providing modern amenities in a building that exudes history. The location was ideal for us as we explored the Point Reyes area.
