The house was in good condition and plenty of amenities. The parking was the big problem. There was only room for 2 cars in the driveway and no parking in front of the house or use of the garage. If there were 6 adults staying in the house in 3 cars, where would all the cars park.

The place was perfect for our annual father-son trip to Baton Rouge to see an LSU game. 15 minutes to campus. Convenient location to local restaurants. The place was spacious and very clean.

The property is as advertised. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are nice. The neighborhood appears quiet, but floods easily on the weekend we were here.(house wa ok) communication with the owner was not easy. Responses to questions were received hours after submitting questions. The rental is serviceable
