This property is so well taken care of. It sits on a small cul de sac in a small mostly undiscovered, quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to all areas of Baton Rouge. The property manager is amazing…responsive, patient and accommodating. The house itself is so comfortable, truly a home away from home. My husband is ready to book it again for our Baton Rouge baseball week next summer.

Abram was very communicative from the beginning of our booking to the end of our stay appreciate the extra touches around the house, coffee extra pillows etc.

The house was perfect & clean, just as pictured. I was a little nervous though when I arrived because it was after dark and the side patio door was unlocked & open. When I reached out to owner it seemed to be dismissed as the “cleaning” people must have left it open, while that was probably true the 1st night was a little hard to get to sleep. When we couldn’t get the WiFi to connect I reached out again and it felt like I was bothering the owner and he expected me to know where to look on the modem - please update the WiFi password on instructions in kitchen.All of this to say I would stay here again.

The property is as advertised. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are nice. The neighborhood appears quiet, but floods easily on the weekend we were here.(house wa ok) communication with the owner was not easy. Responses to questions were received hours after submitting questions. The rental is serviceable
