About this apartment rental

These beautiful spaces have a magnificent view of the local area looking out onto the North of London and great access to some of the city's most fantastic spots. The iconic neighbourhood of Camden is right on the doorstep and there is even a work by legendary street artist, Banksy, just 2 minutes away from the apartment!

The apartments are comfortable two-bedroom spaces, tastefully furnished and with an abundance of natural light from the bay-view windows, you’ll find plenty to love about them. There is a double bed in both bedrooms, along with two air mattresses in the lounge.

There are two bathrooms, one comes complete with a shower and toilet whilst the larger one also has a bath. Both bathrooms come with amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and fresh towels. There is a lovely kitchen which comes fully equipped with crockery and the usual fixings (oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, utensils).

All bed linen is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. There are multiple storage points in the property as well as Wi-fi (35 Mbps) already installed and a smart TV set up in the lounge.

Please note that the beds in the living room are 2 air mattresses.

As we might have mentioned, Camden is a pretty big deal in London and thankfully, from this apartment you’re in the best possible position to experience living in the area! The Camden market is just a short stroll across the canal from the apartment and has just about anything you could ever want to buy at your local market.

The area has many magnificent bars and clubs to explore at night. Just down the road, you’ll find the iconic live music venue and local watering hole; The Dublin Castle. The venue has seen many now giant music acts play it during their formative years, including the likes of the Arctic Monkeys, The Killers and of course, Camden’s own, the late Amy Winehouse.

If you’re living with the family and want to perhaps limit your time in some of the more colourful ends of Camden, you’ll find the fantastic London’s Zoo a short walk away in nearby Regent’s Park for some good old fashioned family fun each week!

With the Underground and Overground in such close proximity, you’ll find it very easy to get around the city from Camden and additionally, bus services in the area are fantastic. There are multiple night bus options to save on more expensive taxi rides for those long evenings out!

The Regent’s Canal is a really good walking route to access the city from East to West. For major railway stations and airport access, London Euston. King’s Cross and St Pancras stations are close by offering good services in and out of the city. You’ll find connections to London Luton Airport from St Pancras (average journey of 20-30 minutes), as well as Eurostar services to the continent.

For those who may be considering driving, the apartments are outside the London congestion charge zone but for any journeys into the heart of the city centre, you will have to pay the daily charge of £15 to drive your car into the heart of the city.

It was a great flat, but for Americans there were some things that were extra challenging that Europeans and others might not experience. We laughed a lot at our ignorance, but for example:-Locking the front door was never a one-try experience (you lift the handle up to lock it)-There are 3 key-fobs on the key chain, but only one works to unlock the 3 gates & doors to get to the elevator (an outer street gate, a building front door, & an interior door). However, on the way out, you only have to wave your hand in front of the panels-There's only one set of keys, so because of all the security measures, there's no way to easily let a fellow traveler in without coming down to the outer gate and letting them in or if you're the one left in the flat there's no way you can leave and get back in-No instructions available that we could find on how to work the appliances (microwave and oven, specifically - we did figure out the W/D somehow)-No tea or coffee (there was some instant coffee in a jar, but that seemed unsafe to use, bc who knows how long it'd been there or whose fingers were in it lol)-The thermostat didn't seem to do what it should according to the instructions supplied-Never could figure out the towel heating thingyNot complaints, just observations from 2 Americans. The location was superb, it was quiet even though the train tracks were behind the building, and Jonathan was great to work with as I was booking and trying to find lost AirPods.Def recommend!

Overall, we liked the apartment. The location is was great as far as access to public transportation, but was also directly over a train line. The description did mention noise level in terms of night life, but didn't mention the train. There were no earplugs as advertised, but we had brought our own. The listed price is a base and coffee and AC cost extra. The description indicated one of the bedrooms had a queen and twin, but it is two queen rooms with air mattresses available. The pictures on the listing show this, but the description of the rooms on the listing was different so we didn't know what to expect. We were able to find the air mattresses, but were not given enough towels for the five of us. The building felt very safe and the rooftop deck was lovely. The bathrooms were nice with great water pressure in the shower. We really enjoyed having access to a washer/ dryer and the added living space. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice place.
