Welcome to our stunning home located in the heart of Punta Paitilla, one of Panama City’s most exclusive and central neighborhoods.
This spacious property features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 9 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests—perfect for families, groups of friends, or business stays.
The home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering a great balance between shared spaces and privacy:
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two queen beds), both with ensuite bathrooms. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining room, two living areas, and a guest half bathroom, along with direct access to the outdoor area with a private pool.
On the upper floor, there is an additional living area and four bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom with two queen beds shares a bathroom with a third bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and an in-room gym.
The outdoor area features a private pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the in-home gym allows you to stay active during your stay.
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, private parking spaces, and everything needed for a comfortable and seamless experience.

1. Is early check-in available?
Early check-in is available whenever possible.
If there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival, we’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in.
Please note that we can only confirm this one day before your arrival, as it depends on cleaning and scheduling.
2. Is late check-out available?
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is available at a cost of half the nightly rate, as we need to block that day for preparation.
All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
3. Are outside visitors allowed?
Yes, outside visitors are welcome.
Please note:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
All guests and visitors must follow house rules and respect noise levels
Any damage caused by visitors will be the responsibility of the reservation holder
4. Where is the house located? Is the area safe?
The house is located in Punta Paitilla, one of Panama City’s most exclusive and central residential areas.
The area is known for being safe, walkable, and well-connected, with easy access to main roads, shopping centers, restaurants, and the waterfront.
5. Do you have other properties nearby?
Yes, we have another house located 5 minutes walking distance from this one.
We also manage apartments about a 10-minute drive away, as well as additional homes and apartments in beach and mountain locations.
6. Is parking available?
Yes, the house includes private parking spaces.
Additional street parking may also be available nearby.
7. Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and events are not allowed.
Moderate music is permitted as long as it does not disturb neighbors.
Please respect quiet hours and the residential nature of the area.
8. Is cleaning available during the stay?
Yes. Daily cleaning service is available for $100 per day. If cleaning is booked for 3 days or more during the stay, the rate is $70 per day. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate the cleaning schedule.
9. Is luggage storage available?
We do not offer formal luggage storage.
However, depending on availability, you may be able to leave luggage inside the house before check-in or after check-out. Please coordinate in advance.
10. How far is the house from the airport?
The house is approximately 20–25 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, depending on traffic.

Yes, the location is very convenient.

The house is nicely appointed…very large. All bedrooms are good size. Multiple living areas. Great, clean pool. XL kitchen. The host, Jonathan, is extremely responsive. We had an issue with the ice machine (separate from the frig and freezer). He fixed within 20 minutes. The chef he recommended, Chef Alberto, was exceptional! He prepared 3 dinners for our family and it was so wonderful to just relax in the house after all day out in the heat. His son, Alberto, was helpful as an interpreter. Just a wonderful visit. The house is not in a touristy neighborhood but Uber was so available. We returned our rental car after 2 days….driving is CRAZY. Uber quick and inexpensive.
