Our brand newly designed 2nd floor 1 bedroom/1 bathroom is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the heart of Bebek! Moments away from the Bosphorus and Bebek park. Close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes and transportation links. This home boasts bright natural light and is the perfect home away from home! Situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator), comes with high speed internet, smart tv(netflix), an open fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom!
Our aim is to offer valuable insights and an exceptional, welcoming experience for guests exploring the vibrant city of Istanbul. With so much to discover, we strive to ensure a memorable stay by being accessible from 08:00 to 01:00 on Airbnb messaging platform and from the contact numbers provided.
This apartment is located in the heart of the modern city! The stunning property is situated in a magnificent location Bebek close to all the cafe's, restaurants and Park. A peaceful home in an energetic neighborhood. Close to public transportation. The beautiful Bosphorus is a stone throw away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.
Home Truths
- Located on the 2nd floor without elevator
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There may have some construction noise in the area at working times
- There's no elevator in the building and you need to climb 2 flight of stairs to reach the flat (28 steps)
Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD
Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Smart TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
There is bus transportation 1 minute from the property. A cab stand close by. Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. We would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.

The apartment itself was nice and proximity to Bebek Bosphorous seawall a plus but the spiral staircase to third floor is hard with heavy luggage and the walk to waterfront , even though short, is hard with very narrow to no sidewalks and busy traffic… would be difficult for older guests or those with little children.

The apartment is good. I would give one advisory on the location. If you have an impaired ability to walk, this will not be your best choice. The walk downhill to the main road, shops and waterfront would be difficult for you. Otherwise it’s a good rental.
