We recently stayed at the Tuscany resort and overall had a good experience. The kitchen, dining, living room, and balcony areas were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Access to the elevators was a big plus, especially for convenience.
That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The mattress in the second bedroom really needs to be replaced—it was noticeably uncomfortable. Also, while the rooms are nicely laid out, they aren't particularly elderly-friendly. Some additional support features for safely getting in and out of shower in master bedroom would make a big difference for older guests.
The pool area and the ease of access to food and drinks were definite highlights and added a nice touch to the stay

Air went out, elevator didn't work for a day and half.No wash clothes to wash your face. And no place to hang you clothes in the bathroom.
