About this cottage rental
In the town of Briec in Finistère, Katelyne and Sylvain welcome you to this 4-star furnished tourist accommodation of 70 m² for 4 people on one level completely renovated combining charm and modernity.
The location of the accommodation near the national road 165 is ideal for discovering the most beautiful corners of the department. Discover the historic centre of Quimper, the walled town of Concarneau, Bénodet, Locronan, Douarnenez, the Crozon peninsula, Brest... For beautiful walks, think of the Gorges du Stangala, the Nantes-Brest Canal or the Monts d'Arrée, the forest of Huelgoat, the Pointe du Raz, hikes through the GR34 and the GR38...
The cottage is located in an old stone building from 1676 with 3 apartments including the cottage on the first floor.
It is composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer part), a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds and storage, a bathroom with a bathtub - shower, vanity unit and hairdryer, a laundry room and separate toilets.
Baby equipment on request (high chair, cot)
Outside, you have a large courtyard, parking spaces, several terraces with table, chair, garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue, petanque court and a storage area, all in a beautiful landscaped area.
Another completely renovated stone building is at your disposal with a large games room for moments of relaxation and privileged leisure including billiards, ping pong table, table football, dartboard, relaxation area, area dedicated to young children...

We booked this property as it is very well located to get to know the western edge of Brittany. A maximum hour drive to all the fabulous coast locations, much of it closer, perfect. 15 minutes from Quimper.It is close to the motorway but the noise is not a problem at all. There is nowhere to eat or drink within walking distance, but this is as listed so again not a problem.The house is recently renovated, completely immaculate, clean, fresh and tidy. The games room is great, although we didn't use it much, but superb for a young family, again everything completely spotless.Owners live on site, and are very helpful. Recommended without hesitation!

The most perfect property we have ever stayed in. The quality of everything is superb. Having a games room is great with pool table, table tennis, football table and darts!
The hosts have thought of everything, so book this house if you can, you will be delighted

This is a truly beautiful place renovated by the owner to highest standards and with tender loving care to be felt everywhere. Excellent interior and the kids loved the gameroom. Highly recommended.
