With two comfortable bedrooms and cozy central heating, it provides a warm base for year-round relaxation. After busy days exploring, unwind in the paid sauna or bubble bath, or fire up the barbecue on your private terrace and soak in the fresh mountain air.
Ideally situated just 500 meters from the town center and restaurants, and 800 meters from a scenic lake, this stay offers easy access to nature and local flavors. Grocery shops and pubs are just 1 km away, and the historic Kufstein Fortress makes a great nearby day trip. Winter visitors will love the proximity to the Chiemgau ski area for skiing and snowboarding adventures.
Families will especially appreciate the shared garden, complete with playground and trampoline for little ones. A cot and high chair are provided for added convenience. Parking is available, and the train station lies 2 km away, with the airport at 57 km—making this charming apartment both peaceful and practical.

What a gem! The bubble bath was a highlight for us after long days out, The kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave and coffee machine, Plus, the kids had a blast playing table tennis and table football, We’d definitely come back!

Nice place to stay, The double bed was comfortable, and having a fridge-freezer was really handy, The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air, It’s close enough to the town for dining out but still feels peaceful,

We had a lovely stay at this ground-floor apartment in Feldwies, The kids loved the trampoline and play equipment in the shared garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a BBQ, The location is perfect for exploring the nearby lake and town center, Highly recommend for families!

We had a great time at this apartment, The living room was spacious, and the open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, The sauna was an added bonus, It’s a short walk to the lake, which was beautiful,
