The unit was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, and the ocean view was a nice extra - at least when it wasn't foggy! It is located in a peaceful, attractive neighborhood. It was not luxurious, but the amenities provided were sufficient for my wife and me, and given the reasonable price (by California standards!), we were definitely satisfied with the rental.
