About this house rental
Come in and enjoy the many family activities Cruz Family Treasure has to offer! A games room with an interchangeable pool table, ping-pong, or air hockey. Challenge each other with the 2-player 60-game arcade machine or indoor basketball hoop. You will also find board games, card games, and puzzles. Keep the kids busy inside or outside. The fun continues outside with the beautiful entertainment area, pool with deck, and swingset. If you're a volleyball family, get ready to team up and play! The purpose of this home is to treasure your family and all the memories you will create while here.
Propane grill and fire pit provided but propane is not a guarantee and is the responsibility of each guest during their stay. Tanks are provided for refilling.
Free WiFi- Internet service is offered as a courtesy, according to the availability of the provider. We take no responsibility if the provider has issues in the area.
OUR Facilities- Are connected and depend exclusively on utilities for electricity and water from the power company of Florida and Water Co. Reservations are confirmed in recognition that the interruption of these services due to weather or caused by the provider will not result in termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
POOL: Is Vacuumed and cleaned professionally, once a week. Due to Florida weather, rains, winds, tree shedding season, and shaded tree surroundings, we cannot guarantee leaves and debris won't have fallen in the pool upon your arrival. Please feel free to use provided pool nets to remove top debris. Refunds
regarding pool natural debris, or weather related issues, pool algae due to extreme summer heat and high volume swimmers coming in from the Gulf to pool will not be provided.
Insurance: If you have a concern for severe weather we highly suggest you purchasing the Travelers Insurance offered at checkout. Weather is out of our control and refunds are not granted unless the state of Florida declares a state of emergency in our specific area. Rain and winds from storms and other areas are not granted refunds. Be mindful of hurricane season and for a few bucks add the insurance. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by bad weather, Electric, water or internet outages that can occur. This is an uncommon situation, but it can happen in any home, at any time, in any area. There’s no backup generator. We don’t provide any refunds for cancellation nor reservation changes for “FEAR OF TRAVEL”.

Great place for a family to stay. Pool was small but fun, nice kitchen and living room. Had a few issues with streaming service and pool but owner was very helpful.

This property is as described. Everything you need to be comfortable. Cooking and grilling made easy. Also right in the middle of everything coffee, restaurants, beach, shopping. Pool when you don’t want to go to the beach. Fenced yard for the kids & privacy. Excellent lounge area outside. Plenty of games for adults and kids to enjoy, volleyball and swings as well. You really have the best of staying in or going out here. The owner was ecxcellent with her communication, and very kind.

This home was very comfortable for a large group with plenty room and fun games for us all. The home had everything we needed and really felt like home. We were visiting for my sisters memorial and made it so easy for family time cooking and time together before and after her service. We would definitely stay here again and refer others. Also the owner was great to answer back on anything I needed in a short time.
