Escape to our Top-Of-The-Mountain, Private, Two-Story Cabin getaway perfect for a family or 2-family group getaway! Our Top-Of-The-Mountain Two-Story Cabin is fully furnished with x2 King en-suite bedrooms w/ a fireplace on each level in Shagbark Resort, a gated community with 24/7 security, about 7 miles from the Pigeon Forge. Upstairs, a master bedroom has king size bed with an indoor jetted spa. A bathroom with shower. Upstairs living room with a large comfy sleeper sofa. The downstairs, master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bathtub and shower bathroom. Next to the downstairs master bedroom, a roomy game room that has a bunk bed (if you bring the kiddos along), a foosball table, board games, and a 6-multicade video games (Pac-Man, Centipede, Frogger, and 3 Donkey Kong games) to keep the kids busy! Our cabin can comfortably sleep 6-8 people.
4 smart TVs (each in two bedrooms, living room, and game room downstairs). Cozy 4-person hot tub, gas fire pit, and picnic table with benches on the porch overlooking a beautiful mountain view!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dual coffee and Keurig pot + all the essential tools to create tasty meals.
The upstairs living room has an access point to the large balcony with Adirondack log rocking chairs to sip your morning coffee and take in the picturesque views. Gas BBQ is on the balcony. Private parking overlooking the beautiful scenery also!
We have fiber optic high-speed internet for remote working while enjoying the beautiful setting!
Conveniently located in Shagbark Resort, a 24/7 Guard gated community (about 10 minutes or 7 miles from the Shagbark guard gate to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and you come out at light #3 which is Wears Valley Rd), your family will be close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park + all the attractions that Pigeon Forge + Gatlinburg has to offer.
While the roads may be winding and steep in some parts, they are fully paved and provide an amazing build-up to our gem of a cabin at the top of the mountain! Sedans and even motorcycles can make the trip just fine, but you may want to consider something with a 4-wheel drive for the winter months or if there's a chance of snow during your stay. Come for the private mountain views + entertainment, and leave w/ memories that will last a lifetime.

The cabin is amazing. My daughter said it would be her dream home. The drive up the mountain to get to the cabin can be a little scary at night, but is perfectly safe and easy. Nora is amazing with communication, advice and help with anything you need. Just a side note the notices about bears and other wildlife are factual. I was sitting on the picnic table by the hot tub when I heard heavy panting like a dog. I turned around thinking who has a dog up here- it was not a dog but a black bear! Definitely an experience I will never forget! While our stay was short so we didn’t use many of the amenities offered at the cabin or resort everyone we spoke with said the pool, tennis courts and other offerings provided are great as well.

We stayed here during our Spring Break the last week of March 2024. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
