The house is beautiful and clean, the area is nice and yet close to a lot of things. Communication with home owners and property manager was fantastic. Welcomed us with a basket of goodies and beverages. A few days before stay they provided a phenomenal recommendation list for activities and restaurants, we tried a few on the list and they were great! I will absolutely try and stay here again next year for our annual trip.

We loved staying here for a pre holiday get together with family. The property is divine and they left a lovely gift basket and some wine! The location was 5 minutes from our family and central to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Could have not been more pleased with this property! Knowing the area relatively well, this location is within minutes of Peoria Sports complex, State Farm stadium and other great areas of interest.
The home was all one could ask for from a cleanliness perspective and property manager assured that any and all questions were answered prior to our arrival and would be available should anything arise during our stay.
Great neighborhood and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming residence for their stay in the Valley.
