We had a great time at this river front home. My wife, sister in law, niece, German shepherd and myself stayed here during western art week. Awesome location and amazing view overlooking the river from everywhere in the house. It’s about a 15 min drive into Great Falls but a nice drive and easy to get to and from. House has everything you need and is very family oriented. I hope to be back next year.

This solidly built home is quiet, quiet neighborhood, quiet street, quiet inside the home.

The place was well appointed and unique. It is right on the river with a large raised patio overlooking the river. The beds are comfy and the whole place was very clean and well kept. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There are small TVs but no family or living rooms to speak of. The kitchen was the main focal point of the common area and had a large island for dining at.

I was looking to rent out of town a bit, the location was perfect. Did not know we were staying in a "boat house". This made the layout a bit awkward, but it was nice.
Was not informed that there was change of ownership and construction going on within the property until 2 days before. Did not change our plans, but one of the bathrooms was challenging to use.
I would stay here again, but not for the price we paid. Plus, I left an item behind (garmin watch), making multiple attempts to contact homeowners, no return contact. I think I just gave them a very expensive watch.
