Welcome to the Spaulding Glass House designed by Tucson architect, John Donatelli. From the moment you enter the double front doors you will be surrounded by glass in every room. The entry boasts polished concrete and an expansive living room and stepdown gas fireplace. The home has been thoughtfully restored and features a dramatic interior courtyard. House sits on a large and very private lot with multiple patios. Amazing home for social media pics. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Super spacious house and nicely spread out for individual privacy. Master bedroom features walls of glass, patio access, king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed, patio access and huge bonus room with desk. Front bedroom has a double bed with attached 1/2 bathroom. Formal dining room with walls of glass next to living room. Restored kitchen with original Nutone built in blender and GE double oven with Rotisserie and subzero refrigerator. Dining room off kitchen with glass slider to another patio. Laundry is off kitchen with side-by-side washer and dryer.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is beautiful & bigger than it appears from the outside. Communication with Jason was phenomenal. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. We stayed here for our son's U of A graduation. This house is only about 20 minutes from the stadium. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Jason’s house. Really is a moment in time - we all remembered the fixtures from our own childhood. Jason quickly and efficiently responsive to communication. House is spotless and spacious. Thanks

We were 4 friends from various parts of the country, and we had a great stay at the "Mid-Century Wow". The space worked for us as we had quiet spaces as well as community spaces. Location was great! Close to East Saguaro NP and Sabino Canyon. Access to the Loop for biking was a breeze. It has some mid-century lovable idiosyncrasies, especially the kitchen. The outside spaces were fantastic.
