About this cabin rental
Birch Bluffs is a new build on the shore of Lake Superior close to Lutsen and 5 minutes from Lutsen Mountain. The house offers some of the North Shores best lake views and great places to hang out and chat with family and friends. With an expansive kitchen, recreation room, in-home gym, and 3-season porch with a wood burning fire place, there will be plenty of activities to do on site. When you decide to venture away from the property you can find places to hike, ski, golf, and bike just minutes away.
The space
The house has 4 bedrooms with lake views, 3 bathrooms, a large open kitchen and living room space, laundry room, and a recreation room with a smart TV, theater seating and a ping pong table. The house also has a well equipped private gym with an elliptical, stationary bike, rower, weights, etc. For winter guests, there is a ski rack and boot warmer in the garage. The property is nearly 3 acres with a path and stairs leading down to the lake where you'll find a scenic rocky ledge and a pebble beach, complete with Adirondack chairs.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property but we ask that they not park in the garage.
Safety
Use of the gym is restricted to ages 16 and above. There is a lockable half door to keep small children out.
The house is near a step bluff that has no railing. Please be aware and be sure to keep small children away from the edge.

Spectacular new construction house with beautiful views of the lake, comfortable four bedrooms, complete kitchen with giant counter space, and impressive three season porch with wood fireplace. One of the finest available for rental on the Minnesota North Shore.

We have owned in the past and rented many homes on the Lake Superior North Shore and this the best ever. This newer construction home is perfect in terms of configuration, lake view, and ambience. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, cinema room, exercise room, screen porch fireplace, stairs to lake, larger than normal property, and near Lutsen skiing.

This is our second stay in one of the most beautiful properties on the North Shore! The attention to every little detail will make you feel welcomed and right at home. It was warm enough to use the outside patio and fireplace so every night we enjoyed a warm fire and comfortable seating with a cozy blanket. The hiking was spectacular and can’t imagine how much better it could be in the fall. We hope to have repeat visits in this amazing home!

We had a fantastic stay at Birch Bluffs. The property was amazing with breathtaking views of the lake. We were very comfortable at Birch Bluffs with clean and comfy bedding and furniture. We had access to anything you would need in the kitchen, and enjoyed the local wine, coffee and treats left by the host. Communicating with the host and check-in/check-out was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations at such a great property and location. We easily accessed Lutsen, Tofte, and Grand Marais. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!
