Located in a quiet residential area, tastefully furnished with a well-maintained garden, two terraces with BBQ, and a charming patio.
On the ground floor: bright living room with open-plan kitchen, plus a master suite with bathroom. Upstairs: three more bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub. Free parking in the estate.
Ideally located in Pertuis, in the southern Luberon, by the Durance river (swimming, canoeing). Explore Provence’s beautiful villages such as Ansouis, Cucuron, Lourmarin or Bonnieux. 10 km away lies a scenic bathing pond with restaurant, tennis and paddle boats. A visit to the festival town of Aix‑en‑Provence is also highly recommended!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid in cash. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
