This rustic apartment for up to 4 people is located in a holiday home directly in the thermal spa town of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, home to two renowned thermal spas and close to the renowned Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area.
The apartment features a living room and a cozy seating area, a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. Parking is available directly at the house.

In addition to skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, or winter hiking, two thermal spas (Thermal Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein) invite you to immerse yourself in the outdoors. Bad Kleinkirchheim also offers an 18-hole golf course, numerous shops for daily needs, and a good selection of restaurants. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 cable cars and lifts, a kids' slope, a snow park, and four ski schools. In summer, Lake Millstatt, Lake Ossiach, and the outdoor pools in the surrounding area offer plenty of swimming fun and can be reached in about 10-30 minutes by car. Het huis was erg oud, versleten vloerbedekking, oude houten stoelen en fauteuils die niet goed zaten. Wel een prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon en mooie omgeving.
