Tucked away among the sun-kissed vineyards and rolling pine-covered hills of Provence, this 5-bedroom villa in La Motte is the perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Designed to host up to 8 guests, it offers air-conditioned interiors, inviting living spaces, and a private roofed terrace ideal for relaxed evenings. Outside, the sparkling pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower invites you to soak up the Mediterranean sun, while the fenced garden provides a peaceful spot for leisurely afternoons. Just 2 km away, the charming streets of La Motte are waiting to be explored. Local bakeries and markets offer authentic Provencal treats, while the Saint Endreol Golf Course, only 3 km away, caters to golf lovers. Nature enthusiasts can enjoy forest walks just 1 km from the villa or take a short drive to the serene lake at 15 km. For a day at the coast, Fréjus beach and its exciting water sports are within a half-hour drive. Within 3 km, you'll find family-run restaurants serving regional dishes paired with local wines. Sample fresh produce from nearby markets, or take a scenic drive through vineyard-dotted countryside to discover hidden bistros and wine estates. This is a very well renovated historic property with all the necessary needs for a nice holiday. The owners obviously use it as well so it has lots of attention to the details you require. Some might not like the fact that there is no TV and low data Wifi. We were early in the season, May, renters so the pool was too chilly and could have been cleaner. Terrific wine available everywhere and lots of quality restaurants and markets. You will need the list of market days in the villages they are super.

The villa was quite spacious and well-equipped for our group of eight, We appreciated the air conditioning during the hot days and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, The barbecue on the terrace was a nice touch for our evening cookouts, Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a family getaway

We loved our stay at this villa! It was super cozy and had all the amenities we needed, The kids had a blast in the pool, and we enjoyed grilling on the terrace every evening, The cicadas made for a perfect backdrop to our lazy afternoons in the garden, Only a 2 km walk to La Motte’s town center, so exploring was easy, Would definitely come back!
