Located directly on the sugar white sands & emerald waters of Panama City Beach, FL. Our 10th floor condo provides mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tower 3 pool. The great room has plenty of space and an unobstructed view of the ocean. You have spectacular views from the great room, the dining area, and kitchen. The dining area has seating for 4 at the bar with pub style seating. Your well equipped kitchen offers a Gulf view of its very own, high end cabinets, granite countertops, major appliances, and all of the small appliances you'll need. Cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware and bake ware are all provided for you to prepare everything from quick snacks to a gourmet dinner for the whole family!
The roomy Swaying Palms main bedroom is just what your looking for after a long day at the beach and offers a comfy queen size bed with luxurious high thread count linens and a flat screen television with Roku streaming and its own closet for storing your things. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo with single vanity and storage space.
Paradise Palms includes many amenities not found in other properties! Large stacked washer and dryer, luxury bedding, high thread count luxury bed linens, fluffy high quality bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and extra blankets & pillows are all chosen and provided with your comfort in mind! Surf by the surf with free high speed WiFi access throughout the property!
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

Got in, lamp missing a bulb, shower handle falls off, no sheets for the foldout sofa, sofa mattress is the worst one I’ve ever used, and the shower curtain was dirty. Contacted mgmt, they tried to resolve, but brought wrong stuff. We bought laundry soap and washed the one there. New bulb came next day. Only other comment is a suggestion for an entry rug to help cut down on the amount of sand throughout. Or even leave a broom on site. I’d stay again. It was still a great experience. Non-room related, having issues with the elevator was difficult.

Perfect location, great views, very clean but dated.. needs an update. Bathroom tub is very high and no hand rails to hang on to when getting in and out.. this made it a little dangerous.
Very quiet and we had perfect weather.. very easy to check in and out!! Make sure to read the things you need to bring with you.. we didn’t and where surprised.. but would rent it again!!
