About this house rental
Walk into this spacious open floor plan with all new furnishing's. Large master suite with full bathroom and King bed. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds. Guest full size bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have smart TV's with You Tube TV for local network channels. Full size kitchen is fully equipped with necessity's as well as a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of k-cups, blender, toaster oven and waffle maker. Dining room table that seats 4 with additional seating at the sofa bar table. Full size washer and dryer also available for your laundry needs. Central air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm Arizona days and nights.
Resort like backyard with refreshing pebble tech pool (unheated) and four comfortable chaise lounge chairs with cushions. North/South home sun exposure so there is always sun in the backyard or you can relax under the covered area or oversized umbrella. There's a large artificial turf area for back yard games like cornhole, bocce ball and skee ball. Propane BBQ for cooking outdoors and a firepit for cool nights.
This charming home is perfectly located with all your favorite shopping, restaurants and supermarket's, all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Experience outdoor fun and enjoy a MLB baseball game at the Surprise Spring training ballpark, just a 5 minute drive (during the February-March). Top Golf and the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, home of the NFL Cardinals and other events, is less than 20 minutes away.
Other important information:
-The pool is not heated or fenced but there is an alert when the sliding door is opened
-Luke AFB is in a nearby town and jets can be seen and heard during the week
-This is a quiet neighborhood and we appreciate guests being respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm.
-No parties or events
- No pets or smoking indoors

Our family of 3 adults and 1 child stayed at this home for 4 nights. This home was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. It was centrally located for our needs in a quiet neighborhood. Our hosts even provided toiletries and a thoughtful welcome basket. Access to the home was super easy too.

Close to baseball, hiking, great food... And a short drive to Scottsdale... Or head north to for a beautiful drive to Flagstaff/Sedona.This home is in a beautiful and safe area of the outskirts of Phoenix.Will return!

This house has an excellent layout and larger that we thought. Everything is dialed in and communication with the owners was great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool due to the weather this week but it looked inviting:).
I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here with my girlfriend while ai was in surprise for a tennis tournament. The home was gorgeous with incredible amenities as well as items in the fridge. Just make sure you don’t leave items behind as we were charged $50 to have a very small yet vital item shipped back to us in CA!
