Apartment No. 5, Hirsch, 77 m², accessible at ground level through the main entrance or the ski storage room, spread over 2 floors.
Entryway, hallway, and restroom; large kitchen with corner bench, all appliances, Senseo coffee maker, and coffee machine. South-facing balcony with great mountain views; radio. Large living room, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 large bedroom, 1 room with a 160m bed, 1 small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower (NEW), hair dryer, bed linens & towels, separate restrooms for him and her, changing pad for toddlers, max. 4 adults & 2 children, stair gate!

—Germany’s highest year-round (organic) farm at 1,150 meters above sea level! Far from any main roads, surrounded by forests, meadows, and mountains, guests of all ages can enjoy the local flora and fauna with all their senses.
Our house features 4 large apartments, free Wi-Fi, a playground, a sunbathing lawn, a barbecue area, and an indoor playroom—all located near the border with Austria’s Tyrol region.

On-site costs: Currently living on our farm are 7 cattle, approx. 800 laying hens (the “highest chicken farm in Germany”), up to 100 turkeys in the summer, 2 Cameroon sheep, 5 alpacas, and guided hikes upon request. We’d be happy to give you a farm tour to give you a glimpse into our farm life. The house has 4 vacation apartments; bed linens and towels are provided. Bread roll service, farm products, and a small farm store open 12/24. In the adjacent building is our wellness oasis, featuring a sauna and solarium. “Allergy-friendly establishment”; no pets allowed.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
