Welcome to the brand new Kihei Coop! This luxury beachfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was completely remodeled. Enjoy your next Hawaiian vacation in a beautiful home mere steps from the water, with spectacular sunset views from the private lanai.
Filled with designer touches, the condo is filled with modern amenities for your convenience. Stay cool via the multiple private A/C split units with separate controls in the bedrooms and living room. The bright and open kitchen has a gourmet coffee bar setup, including a gooseneck electric kettle, French press, and Keurig. For spectacular views of the ocean and beach park, the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows unencumbered by drapery. Have the best sleep of your life in the bedrooms, each having cushy Casper memory foam California king beds and blackout drapery/shades. The bathrooms each have walk-in showers with luxurious ceiling-mounted rain showerheads and bonus water wands. The beautiful finishes and contemporary furnishing all add to a luxurious home away from home.
Enjoy more privacy since the condo is on the second floor with easy access to the beach from the nearby elevators and stairs. On the premises, relish the protected swimming and snorkeling in the adjacent coastal fishpond where sea turtles frequently visit! For those looking to book in the late Summer or Fall, please note that the pool will be unavailable the week after Labor Day every year due to annual scheduled maintenance . For those who still want to swim, we have a coastal fish pond next to the building with calm surf as well as an ocean beach mere steps away from the condo. For 2026, the pool will be closed September 14-21.

Great spot as a home base to explore Maui. Easy parking and check in. Appreciate the beach supplies that are available. Comfortable beds. Sea turtles were lounging near the Fish Pond. Would stay here again!

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT property!!! This rental was SUPER clean, and conveniently located so that travel to tourist areas were achieved with little travel time! Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and beach towels for the week. We loved having the washer/dryer available to clean wet swim suits and was towels. Parking was very easy although we never got the chance to register the car with the office as they were only open 9-2! We left each day around 8-8:30 and returned around 3-4 so missed getting this accomplished. It would be nice if there was some way to register the vehicle through a night drop box! The hosts had excellent communication and addressed any and all issues that were mentioned! The rental was so near the beach that we walked on it each evening, even seeing a large beached turtle one evening! The kitchen was well equipped and there were beach chairs and umbrellas for use which really made a day at the beach nice! I would highly recommend this property for rental!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable with high-end furnishings. And Helen is an amazing host. We had a minor challenge at check-in, but Helen responded immediately and went above and beyond, turning it into a complete non-issue. We'd love to return!

Stop looking! This amazing codo is the perfect spot for your vacation! Our family visited for Spring Break 2026. The condo is pristine - freshly renovated with top of the line finishes and appliances. A great location in Kihei with direct access to the beach, and central to other activities. Fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, coffee, and enjoying the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Bed and bath accomodations are top notch. Comfortable, big beds and high quality linens. The hosts also take it to the next level! Responsive, communicative, and offered great recommendations for all of our interests. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. We loved every minute of our stay - highly recommend!
