About this house rental
Just redone home! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home close to downtown Grants Pass! 2 bedroom (1 king bed, 1 twin bed) 1 bath. This house is only 3 minutes away from I-5, 10 minutes from Asante and 15-20 minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. Living room features a HDTV w/ Fire stick & Wi-Fi. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a Keurig and snacks/drinks. No smoking inside house.

The most important thing I can say about this rental is that it is much better in person. I was pleasantly surprised on so many levels. It was easy to check in, easy parking, and the interior was so cozy I instantly felt like I was in my home away from home. To me it's the small details that make a differenc. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows that weren't too hard or too soft. I'm grateful that they only had ONE remote for the TV instead of many (which is confusing). The kitchen was huge with beautiful counters and plenty of appliances. The decor was simple and warm. I loved the little fireplace heater which was cozy in the evenings when I put a blanket over my legs on the couch. And the bathroom heater made shower time luxurious!I used the second bedroom as a mini office to do some work on the desk with plugins available. I was super happy to find a fan in one of the closets because I need to have cool air circulating and white noise when I sleep. I took several peaceful and beautiful walks in the neighborhood where I felt safe. Plus, I was close to plenty of places to eat and explore. When I had a question or two, the hostess, Gloria responded very quickly and was super kind.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability, coziness and comfort this home provided during my stay. I plan to come back hopefully and Fall!

The house was nice. Kitchen and bath room floors needed to be mop. The bathroom rug needed to be washed.The air conditioning vent blows directly on the sofa. We tried to adjust it so it wasn’t so cold but couldn’t. Couldn’t find a way just to turn it off. Had to cover our heads and shoulders to keep the freezing air off. Ended up coming home a day early.Other than that I would give the place a 10. Would suggest a small table at the other end of sofa to set drinks on. We did find a folding chair to put there. My husband had to set there to reach it.
