Very spacious, unique, and lovely villa. Great amenities including a small pond where our children enjoyed swimming and a hot tub where we could relax after long hikes. Hosts were very kind and we only wish we could have spoken with them more to learn more about the history of the home, but unfortunately we only speak English. Can easily walk to many restaurants and shops, and perfect location for many hiking adventures in the valley! Would love to come back to stay during the winter.

Our family (2 adults/3 children) spent a lovely week at this property. The house is gorgeous and you are unlikely to find another like it! Helmut has clearly put a lot of thought into the renovations. It is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all the mod cons required for a holiday plus more - a cooling swimming pond and a hot tub in the beautiful garden! Owner is on site so if there are any issues or questions they can be promptly sorted or answered. Helmut was very welcoming and we enjoyed a lovely evening in the wine cellar sampling the local alcohol 😊. There is plenty to do in the local area - mountain walks, cycling, arena roller coaster, swimming lakes, etc. Would recommend this property.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Francesca. The accommodation is spacious and attractive and it is nice to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. It is a great location. We found the ski-bus quick and efficient. It would be very helpful though to have a timetable available in the villa. Helmut gave us a warm welcome and shared a glass of wine in his lovely wine cellar.

We rented both floors (Emanuela and Raffaela) and had 15 people comfortably. This is a great location for those interested in skiing and going out in the city of Zell am Zimmer. The jacuzzi was a great hit!

Comming from different continents, our family came together to celebrate our 35 years wedding. There is no better period than Christmas for such an occasion. Staying in Villa Francesca is even more celebrating. There is the beautyful, warm and well equiped appartment with good kitchen, bedrooms, garage, ski- and snowboardfacilities. The warm welcome and the fresh bread in the morning were the top on the succes of the holiday. It was all perfect. Frau und Herr Steiner, thank you so much for this splendid holiday! We visited Villa Francesca two years in a row (2011 and 2012). The only reason we are not coming again is that we would like to visit other skiing areas in Austria. The apartments are very spacious, ultimately clean, with comfortable beds, large tables and fully equipped kitchen. Mr Helmut is very friendly, welcoming us with a schnapss when we arrive and offering advice whenever needed. Not to mention the external jacuzzi with a view to the moutains! Thank you for the great stay we had in Villa Francesca. Agata
